Condition Report

An 18ct gold diamond single-stone ring. The brilliant-cut diamond collet, to the similarly-cut diamond scrolling shoulders. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.40ct, J-K colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Hallmarks for for London, 1997. Weight 4.8gms.

  • Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Individual size and setting of shoulder diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
  • Estimated total diamond weight of shoulder diamonds 0.15ct.
  • The principal diamond is drawing a slight yellow hue, with small central inclusions, some just visible without magnification.
  • Ring size K.
