Condition Report

An 18ct gold boulder opal pendant. The free form boulder opal, to the plain surmount accents. Approximate opal dimensions: 6.3 by 3.3 by 1.4cms. Hallmarks for Sheffield, 2011. Length 6.3cms. Total weight 63.8gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.

  • Weight of pendant

  • Approximate opal dimensions: 6.3cms long by 3.3cms wide by 1.4cms deep

  • Opal has visible matrix patches visible. Large areas of cream, orange/yellow and blue body colour. Some patches of play-of-colour visible displaying red and orange, blue and violet and green.
