An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond crossover ring. The circular-shape sapphire, with brilliant-cut diamond sides, to the asymmetric shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct, H-I colour, VS clarity. Hallmarks for London, 1991. Weight 3.5gms.
