Condition Report

BAUME & MERCIER - a gentleman's Classima wrist watch. 18ct rose gold case with exhibition case back. Reference 65629, serial 4870688. Signed automatic calibre BM112824. Black dial with baton hour markers, Roman numeral three, six and nine, exposed balance to twelve. Fitted to a signed black crocodile strap with 18ct rose gold pin buckle. 38mm. Box.

  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement appears to be in a generally good condition with little sign of previous intervention when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Hands appear to be in a generally good condition.
  • Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case shows light scratches, marks and small dints.
  • Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Strap shows marks and creasing. Underside of the strap shows visible marks and a patch of discolouration.
  • Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.

    This lot comes with a box but no papers. Box shows marks, outer box has stickers attached.
