Condition Report
A late 19th century gold memorial turquoise brooch. In two sections, the upper section with scrolling acanthus leaves with oval-shape turquoise cabochons set in a central cluster, to the small glazed hair panel to the reverse, together with a drop of similar design. The link to the drop section is open so it detaches. Length 7.3cms. Weight 14.8gms.

Purchasing information-
This lot is in good to fair condition, with light scratches to the metal in keeping with age and wear. The upper section has evidence of repair with a small soldered area visible. There is some cleaning residue to the upper section in the deeper areas. Glass scratched slightly to the reverse. The link between the two sections is open which allows the lower section to detach this would benefit from repair.
