An Art Nouveau 18ct gold diamond locket. Of oval-shape outline, depicting the profile of a lady with flowing hair, within a diamond point surround, opening to reveal an interior mirror, suspended from an early 20th century 15ct gold belcher-link chain. Locket with Maker's mark for Comte Prosper d'Epinay De Briort, 1836-1914. French assay marks. Length of locket 6.3cms. Length of chain. Weight 42cms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
