A George III silver candlesnuffer tray of navette form with floral and punch-work borders within raised and reeded rim, hallmarked Peter, Ann & William Bateman, London 1802, maximum length measuring 9 3/4 inches (24.5 cm). Together with an associated pair of George III silver candlesnuffers, hallmarked London 1802 with the maker's mark CG. Gross weight 7.2 ozt (226 grams). (2).
