Condition Report

A late Victorian gold enamel and diamond memorial brooch. Of circular outline, the central brilliant-cut diamond within a blue enamel star-shape surround and further white and blue enamel and beaded detail, to the hair panel reverse. Estimated diamond weight 0.05cts. Length 3.5cms. Weight 10.2gms.

Purchasing information
    This lot is in fair condition, with scratches, dints and tarnish to the metal surface in keeping with age and wear. It has been highly polished. The enamel is scratched in places, especially to the white detail. Diamond not very bright, possibly due to closed setting. Three dints to the raised central panel.
