An early 20th century 15ct gold split pearl and gem-set brooch. Of openwork design, the oval-shape green gem and split pearl floral motif, within a split pearl whiplash line surround. Length 3cms. Weight 4gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Later surmount loop, discolouration.
- Pin with bends/dents.
- Split pearls fairly well matched, some discolouration.
- Green gems are different cuts, possible replacement.
- Gems are a deep medium slightly yellowish green hue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.
- Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
