Description

Condition Report

An 18ct gold tanzanite and diamond pendant. The oval-shape tanzanite, to the brilliant-cut diamond trefoil surmount and curb-link chain. Accompanied by report number 57764495, dated 5th February, 2016, from The Gemmological Certification Services, stating the tanzanite is an estimated 29.50cts. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct, H-I colour, SI clarity. Hallmarks for Sheffield, 2004. Length 2.7cms. Weight 9.7gms.

  • Please refer to report for further details. The comment section of the report states: This mineral is commonly heated to improve or change its colour. Whether or not this particular gemstones has been heated or irradiated cannot currently be determined.

  • Diamonds fairly bright with fine inclusions visible throughout.

  • Tanzanite medium blue to violet blue, fairly well saturated, with good clarity.
