An early 20th century 15ct gold peridot and split pearl necklace. The circular-shape peridot and split pearl cluster, within a split pearl scrolling surround, suspending a pear-shape peridot and split pearl cluster drop, to the similarly-designed side links and belcher-link chain. Length 43cms. Weight 10.5gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- There are some scratches to the back of the main centre panel.
- One of the joining links to central cluster has broken off.
- The split pearls are well matched and in good condition
- Peridot medium light yellowish green, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions visible with magnification.
- Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
- Possible replacement barrel clasp.
- Reverse of centre panel stamped 15ct.
