Condition Report

Two late Victorian silver bonbon dishes, one of circular outline having central embossed scene of a cherub within pierced and floral borders and lobed rim, hallmarked William Davenport, Birmingham 1899, diameter measures 4 6/8 inches (12 cm), the other of lozenge outline with central domed oval dish, Adie & Lovekin Ltd., Birmingham 1896, length measures 5 2/8 inches (13.5 cm). Together with a small Edwardian silver cream jug of ovoid form below a tall shaped rim and handle, William Hutton & Sons, Birmingham 1908, height measures 3 4/8 inches (9 cm), plus an Edwardian silver open salt, a silver bud vase and a 1930's small silver bowl. Gross weighable silver excluding bud vase 7.57 ozt (235.5 grams). (6).

Purchasing information
    Overall items in fair to poor condition. Bonbon dishes each with minor distortion and lozenge example with small dents to centre and general tarnishing. Small jug with large dent to one side, with areas of tarnishing and dirt to interior. Bud vase and small bowl each with few dents, knocks and heavy tarnishing. Hallmarks throughout with light rubbing but still legible. Bud vase is filled to base.
