A diamond and opal doublet dress ring. The two brilliant-cut diamonds, with rectangular and square-shape opal doublet panels, inset to the tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Ring size N. Weight 6.3gms.

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

  • Diamonds well matched.

  • Diamonds bright.

  • Obvious light and dark coloured inclusions can be seen very easily to one diamond and fairly easily under magnification.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Opal doublets with an overall blue / green colour and fair play-of-colour with flashes of green and blue with some flat grey patches.

  • Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the surfaces of the opal doublets.
