An early 20th century French 18ct gold split pearl brooch. The split pearl, star-set to the plain disc, with scrolling foliate surround. French assay marks. Diameter 2.7cms. Weight 4.2gms. With original case.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Some surface scratches and slight discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.
- Split pearl creamy white with discoloured fissure towards the rim.

- Case significantly damaged, the lid loose from the base, lid broken to the sides,wear to the silk and cover.
- Lid printed to the silk 'E. Gallier, 41 Quai de Paris, Rouen'.
