A mourning brooch. The central star set with a cultured pearl to the similarly shaped enamel detail and tiered rope-twist and beadwork surround and glazed hair panel to the reverse. Length 4.1cms. Weight 12.8gms.

The condition of this lot is poor, with scratches and dints to the metal in keeping with age and wear. The central applied star is loose and rotates on its setting. Splits to the metal in areas. Part of the rope-twist detail is deficient. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
