A cameo brooch.

Condition Report

A cameo brooch. Of oval outline, the shell carving depicting Eos, the goddess of Dawn, sprinkling flowers with a cherub carrying a flaming torch, to the gold-tone surround with scrolling detail. Length 8.6cms. Weight 38.4gms.

Purchasing information
    The condition of this lot is fair. The surround has some soft solder visible, particularly to the scrolling applied pieces and to the reverse. The shell has fine cracks to the upper third. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
