Condition Report

A pair of late Victorian tortoiseshell pique earrings. Designed as a scallop-edged drop with silver colour metal inlay, in a foliate design, to the oval cabochon surmounts with similar inlay and ear hooks. Lengths 4cms.

    The condition of this lot is good to fair, with surface scratches to the tortoiseshell and inlay in keeping with age and wear. Earring backs are marked 'JH' in inlaid metal.
