A late Victorian 15ct gold memorial brooch. Of oval outline, with scrolling cannetille and bead detail and glazed hair panel to reverse. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1887. Length 3cms. Weight 11gms.

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Losses to some of the bead accents.

  • Discolouration in places.

  • Reverse hairwork not intact, loose strands with some sticking out of the panel.

  • Solder marks to pin.

  • Stamped 625.
