An early 20th century 18ct gold ruby and diamond five-stone ring. Designed as an alternating, graduated circular-shape ruby and single-cut diamond line, with openwork setting and plain band. Ring size L. Weight 2.2gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Band significantly out of shape.
- Nicks and chips to band.
- Areas of discolouration, evidence of repair to inside of ring band near setting.
- Evidence of repair to openwork setting.
- Diamond fairly well matched.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Rubies medium red, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.
- Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
