A mid Victorian gold emerald and split pearl ring. The rectangular-shape emerald with a split pearl surround and scrolling openwork shoulders. Ring size I 1/2. Weight 2.6gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Band shows evidence of repair/ resize.
- Discolouration to reverse of ring setting.
- Emerald medium green, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.
- Emerald in fair condition with some abrasion and nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.One surface reaching fracture to the corner of the stone
