A late Victorian 18ct gold opal five-stone ring. The graduated oval opal cabochon line, with diamond point double spacers. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1896. Ring size Q. Weight 4gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Band shows evidence of resize.
- Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Opals with white body colour and fairly good play-of-colour, opals display green, yellow and orange play-of-colour.
- Stones in good to fair condition with minor abrasions, principal stone with a minor chip to one side.
