An opal and diamond dress ring. The rectangular-shape opal with brilliant-cut diamond surround and openwork shoulders. Dimensions of opal 27 by 11.8 by 7mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.55ct. Ring size L. Weight 7.4gms.
