An early 20th century 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The rectangular-shape sapphire, with single-cut diamond scalloped surround and openwork shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Ring size L 1/2. Weight 2.2gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Band possibly resized, noticeably out of round.
- Diamonds well matched.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Moderate wear to the mounts.
- Sapphire is a medium blue hue, moderate colour zoning, good clarity and typical inclusions.
- Stones in good condition with minor to moderate abrasions.
- Length of ring head 0.9cm.
- Stamped 'fine plat' and 18ct.
