Condition Report

CARTIER - a Santos Ronde bracelet watch. Stainless steel case with yellow metal bezel. Numbered 8191306301. Signed quartz calibre 81. White dial with Roman numeral hour markers. Fitted to a signed bi-metal bracelet with folding clasp. 27mm. Papers.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is not currently functioning. A new battery was fitted. This may be indicative of the need for a service or symptomatic of something more serious.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks, scratches, tarnishing, some lifting of the laminate.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
  • Glass has scratches and marks.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints.
  • Crown has scratches and marks.
  • Bracelet has scratches and some signs of stretching to links. Bracelet would benefit from a clean.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks. Clasp would benefit from a clean.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 15cm including case.

    This lot does not come with a box, but comes with papers to consist of a guarantee card dated 20.10.82.
