Two late Victorian 15ct gold brooches.

Condition Report

Two late Victorian 15ct gold brooches. The first designed as two staggered bars of gold with cannetille decoration to either end, a ribbon of gold set with three diamonds through the centre, the second a circular panel set with a central diamond, to the flared floral sides. Hallmark for Chester, 1900. Lengths 4.2 to 5cms. Weight 6.4gms.

    The condition of this lot is good to fair, with surface scratches and light dints to the metal in keeping with age and wear. File mark to the back of the second brooch, consistent with metal testing. Tarnish visible to the first.
