A late Georgian gold, blue enamel and cultured pearl memorial brooch, circa 1830. The split pearl heart duo, set atop a blue enamel background, within white enamel border with dot motif and scalloped cultured pearl surrounds. One split pearl deficient. Length 3.7cms. Weight 9.6gms. With fitted case.

Purchasing information-
The condition of this lot is good to fair, with visible surface signs of wear and light scratches to the enamel. The metal to the back of the brooch is tarnished. The case is made from a pale grey-green velvet. It has marks to it consistent with age and use. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
