A mid Victorian gold pearl mourning brooch, circa 1860. The woven hair panel, within a pearl border and cannetille surmount. Pearls untested. Length 4cms. Weight 16.9gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Base metal replacement pin.
- Pearls untested.
- The pearls are well matched with a silvery lustre and minor blisters and blemishes present.
- Chips to reverse back panel.
- File mark to reverse of brooch.
- Small repair visible to raised cannetille border around the pearls.
- Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
