Condition Report

An aquamarine and opal pendant. The pear-shape aquamarine, suspended from a cushion-shape fire opal surmount and 18ct gold flat curb-link chain. Approximate dimensions of aquamarine 26.6 by 14.1mms, by 8.7mms. Chain with hallmarks for Sheffield. Length of pendant 3.4cms. Length of chain 45cms. Total weight 10.1gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Some surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Fire opal is a slightly cloudy medium reddish orange hue.
  • Aquamarine is a deep medium slightly greenish blue hue, fairly well saturated with moderate window effect and good clarity, typical inclusions.

  • Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
