Condition Report
A George III silver helmet cream jug, decorated with flower-heads and sprawling foliage with a vacant cartouche, raised upon a pedestal foot and square base, hallmarked London 1791, height measures 6 inches (15.25 cm). Together with an Indian Colonial silver pepper pot, having 'Pepper' and initial engraving to the cylindrical body below a pierced domed cover and raised upon a pedestal foot, marked for Twentyman & Co (Calcutta 1818-1829). Weight 8.88 ozt (276.2 grams). (2).

Purchasing information-
Both items displaying general wear, tarnishing, surface marks and scratches. Several small dints and bumps to cream jug and handle. Some loss of surface detail to decoration. Possible repair to stem and underside of base. Also splits in the metal around the square base rim and to the corners. Hallmarks are quite rubbed but still legible. The pepper pot has a small scratched area just above the lower girdle. Also a few minor dints and bumps, mainly to cover. The hallmarks are a little distorted.
