Condition Report

A George III silver cream jug, of helmet form having a vacant oval cartouche below ribbon engraving and a beaded rim, raised upon a square foot having further engraving. Hallmarked Henry Chawner, London 1787. Height measures 5 6/8 inches (14.5 cm), weight 4.03 ozt (125.3 grams).

    The jug is in overall fair condition with general light wear, rubbing and surface scratching. Minor distortion to the handle. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
