Condition Report

CARTIER - a Tonneau wrist watch. 18ct yellow gold case. Reference 1945, serial MG227991. Signed quartz calibre 157.06. Silvered dial with Roman numeral hour markers. Fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 24mm.

  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial shows a mark by the eight numeral.
  • Hands show marks when viewed under a x4 loupe.
  • Glass has scratches and marks. Glass also shows some small chips.
  • Case shows light scratches and marks. Case also has some small dints.
  • Crown has light scratches and marking.
  • Strap shows marks and creasing.
  • Buckle shows wear to the plating as well as marks and scratches.
