An Edwardian 15ct gold peridot and split pearl pendant. Of openwork design, the circular-shape peridot, within a split-pearl star motif and similarly-set surmount, suspended from a similarly aged 9ct gold trace-link chain. AF. Length of pendant 3.6cms. Length of chain 53cms. Total weight 4.7gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Some split pearls have a silvery grey discoloured hue.
- Some split pearls deficient.
- Peridot fairly bright yellowish-green, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.
- Peridot shows some fairly significant abrasion on the table.
- One split pearl with a fairly obvious crack.
- Pendant with plaque applied to the reverse marked 15ct.
- Chain with plaque applied near the clasp marked 9ct.
