An early Victorian gold enamel and diamond snake ring. Designed as a coiled snake, with black enamel detail and a diamond set to one eye, with personal inscription to the inner band. Ring size P. Weight 4.6gms.

Purchasing information-
The condition of this lot is fair. Much of the black enamel is worn away. One of the snakes eyes has a diamonds deficient. The inner band inscription reads 'Judith (surname and next word illegible) 24th March 1838 At 58'. Inner band has a file mark, consistent with metal testing. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
