A George II opal, diamond and enamel memorial ring. The central circular white opal cabochon, with diamonds accenting, to the pale blue enamel band with gold-tone lettering reading 'Tim Terry Ob 16th April 1736, Ae 29'. Ring size O. Weight 4.6gms.

The condition of this lot is good, with light signs of wear to the metal, enamel and band. The opal has a strong and evenly distributed play of colour. The enamel has no visible loss. The diamonds are varying cuts, some a diamond 'slithers', some are rose-cut and some are single-cut, one has a large chipCondition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
