A late Victorian peridot and diamond pendant. The circular-shape peridot, suspended from a rose-cut diamond scrolling foliate and circular-shape peridot panel, with detachable replacement trace-link chain. May be worn as a brooch. Length of pendant 5.5cms. Length of chain 42.7cms. Weight 16.6gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Small areas of possible repair.
- Large proportions of the necklace is made of white metal believed to be silver, a thin layer of what is believed to be gold on the reverse.
- Diamonds well matched.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight estimation.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Peridot medium yellowish-green, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.
