Description

Condition Report

A pair of mid 20th century sapphire and diamond earrings. Each designed as a circular-shape sapphire, suspended from a vari-cut diamond circle and bar, tapered line and circular-shape sapphire surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Length 4.5cms. Weight 3.3gms. With fitted case.

Purchasing information

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

  • Diamonds fairly well matched.

  • Diamonds fairly bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Sapphires medium blue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Possible replacement fittings.

  • Stamped 9ct to fittings.

  • With screw fittings for non pierced ears.
