A late Georgian miniature portrait ring. The navette shape ring with banded black enamel surrounding a glazed panel containing a painted portrait of a young lady. Ring size R. Weight 5.7gms.

Purchasing informationThe condition of this lot is fair, with scratches and light chips to the enamel and glass and light scratches to the metal, in keeping with age and wear. The portrait is not quite flat beneath the glass and is raised higher to one side.
