A late Victorian gold diamond locket and 15ct gold brooch surmount. The oval-shape locket, with old-cut diamond highlight, suspended from a period similarly-cut diamond 15ct gold knot brooch. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct, H-I colour, VS2-SI1 clarity. Length of locket 3.7cms. Total weight 9.6gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- The locket is later applied to the brooch, discolouration to the later join.
- Locket surmount possibly later, with small dents and slight wear.
- Interior of locket with glazed panel to one side.
- Diamonds bright and well matched.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Diamonds graded within the limitations of the mount.
