Condition Report

A selection of early 20th century gold split pearl jewellery. To include a knot stick pin, a Lily of the Valley and crescent moon brooch, together with a floral brooch. AF. One with 9ct gold hallmarks for Chester, 1909. Total weight 4.9gms.

  • Overall condition fair. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Each piece with split pearls deficient, floral brooch with seed pearl deficient also.
  • Many split pearls worn, discoloured.
  • Crescent brooch with base metal pin.
  • Length of stickpin head 1cm.
  • Length of brooches 2.3 and 3.1cms.
