Condition Report
A reverse-carved intaglio and diamond brooch. The circular rock crystal cabochon, carved and painted to depict a Jack Russell dog, with rose-cut diamond surround and plain bar sides. Length 7.4cms. Weight 7.5gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Central panel shows soft solder at join to bar, possible later replacement.
- Diamonds fairly well matched.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Moderate loss of paint, image still clear. Dog has a collar.
- Diameter of central section 1.6cms.
