A late Victorian gold enamel, split pearl and diamond memorial bangle. The hinged bangle, designed as a blue enamel dome, set with central split pearls and diamonds, to a tiered surround, with blue enamel detail, engravings and split pearl-set star shape accents, to the similarly designed shoulders and further engraving to the full bangle, with a glazed panel to the reverse. Inner diameter 5.8cms. Weight 63.9gms.

The condition of this lot is good to fair. The metal and enamel show surface scratches and general wear in keeping with age. There are small areas of loss to the enamel. The central dome may have been re-enamelled. The push-piece clasp is in good order and the safety chain is intact. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
