Condition Report
An Edwardian gold, ruby, seed pearl and enamel pendant. Of openwork design, the marquise-shape ruby collet, with black and white enamel scrolling foliate sides terminating in seed pearl and diamond point foliate trefoils. May be worn as a brooch. Length 2.7cms. Weight 4.7gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Hook to reverse for surmount fitting, surmount deficient.
- Diamonds well matched.
- Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- The ruby is a deep moderately purplish red hue. There is a large feather which extends to a small cavity at the girdle towards one of the points.
- Estimated dimensions of ruby 10.5 by 5.1 by 2.8mms.
- Minor abrasions.
- Seed pearls well matched silvery cream hue, slight variation in lustre.
- Enamel with some discolouration, minor pitting and small nicks and slight abrasion.
