Condition Report
An early 20th century diamond and synthetic sapphire brooch. Comprising three entwined rose-cut diamond and calibre-cut synthetic sapphire circles, with old and rose-cut diamond foliate accents, suspending an old-cut diamond swag. With a box-link chain. Pearl deficient. Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 2 to 2.50cts. Length 4.8cms. Weight 11.6gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- Principal diamond estimated K-L colour, VS2-SI1 clarity. Grading limited by the setting, grades may differ.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight estimation.
- Some sapphires are natural, majority synthetic, not all tested.
- Some replacement stones.
- Sapphires medium-dark blue, fairly well matched.
- Stones in good condition with minor abrasions, one sapphire is chipped.
- Length of swag and drop 2.8cms.
- Length of chain 39.5cms.
