Condition Report

A late Victorian onyx and split pearl memorial brooch. Of oval-shape, the onyx with applied star detail set with split pearls, to the vacant glazed panel on the reverse. Pin deficient. Length 4cms. Weight 12.4gms.

Purchasing information
    The overall condition of this lot is fair to poor, with visible signs of general wear. The pin is deficient from the reverse and the pin mount has visible soft solder to the reverse where it appears to have undergone repair. The applied star shape is slightly loose and rotates on its mount.
