Condition Report

A late Georgian diamond and blue enamel painted miniature mourning brooch. The navette shape blue enamel border set with eight diamonds, to the glazed painted panel depicting a lady opening a bird cage, a bird within. Length 3.3cms. Weight 7gms.

Purchasing information
    The condition of this lot is fair, with some chipping, scratches and loss to the enamel. The glass is lightly chipped and scratched. The picture within the glass is clear and the colours remain strong. There is a trace of adhesive to the inner surround. Diamonds are relatively bright for the size. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
