Condition Report
A late Victorian gold, Ceylon sapphire and diamond ring. The oval-shape sapphire, with rose-cut diamond surround and engraved graduated hearts shoulders. Verbal from GCS, states Ceylon (Sri Lanka), no heat. Ring size O. Weight 7gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Some surface scratches and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Sapphire does NOT come with a paper certificate/report, only a verbal from GCS.
- Diamonds relatively bright and well matched.
- Cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate size, colour or clarity assessment.
- Sapphire appears a fairly bright, medium very slightly purplish blue hue. Typical inclusions including small crystals and a partially healed fingerprint.
- Estimated dimensions of sapphire 8.2 by 6.6 by 4.7mms.
- Length of ring head 1.2cms.
- Engraving remains crisp.
