An opal ring. The oval opal cabochon, with tapered shoulders. Ring size M1/2. Weight 2gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Band slightly out of shape.
- Opal loose in setting.
- Approximate dimensions of opal 14.4 by 7.9 by 4.7mms.
- Opal with translucent orangey body colour and fair blue-purple-green play of colour, with some flat patches.
- Opal with easily noticeable cracks throughout the stone, likely to result in future durability issues.
- Opal with significant abrasion to the surface, making the lustre appear dull.
- Stamped 9ct, partially indistinct.
