A late Victorian 15ct gold diamond and sapphire hinged bangle. The alternating circular-shape sapphire and old-cut diamond line, inset to the scrolling bangle, with hinged reverse. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct, principal diamond estimated I-J colour, P1-P2 clarity. Hallmarks for Chester, 1894. Inner diameter 5.9cms. Weight 10.2gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Bangle with dents.
- Areas of localised discolouration and scratching to the inside of the bangle.
- Evidence of repair to the bangle.
- Diamonds fairly well matched.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- Principal diamond with surface reaching fracture to crown facets.
- Sapphires medium blue, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.
- Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
- With safety chain.
- Stamped 15ct.
