A ruby and diamond ring.

Condition Report

A ruby and diamond ring. The oval-shape ruby and diamond point scalloped cluster, with cushion-shape ruby collet sides. Estimated dimensions of principal ruby 7.5 by 5.5 by 2.9mms. Ring size P. Weight 2.9gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Central cluster beleived later added/replacement.
  • Diamonds fairly well matched.
  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Some diamonds significantly chipped.
  • Principal ruby is a slightly pinkish red hue. Small crystals, silk and some surface reaching fingerprint inclusions.
  • Smaller rubies are a well matched deep slightly purplish red hue.
  • Stamped 18 to band.
