Condition Report

A late Georgian 18ct gold enamel memorial ring. The rectangular glazed central woven hair panel with black enamel border and metal initials 'WW' within, to the black enamel band reading in gold lettering, 'In Memory Of', to the interior engraving. Hallmark for London, 1825. Ring size S 1/2. Weight 6.3gms.

Purchasing information
    The condition of this lot is fair, with surface scratches and dints to the metal. The glass has some surface scratching as does the enamel. There are some areas of chipping and loss to the enamel, particularly to one side. The inner inscription reads 'William Willey, died 5 Feby 1826, aged 58'. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
